A space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself
Providing virtual therapy for teenagers and adults in Long Island and the greater New York area
Meet the Founder
Hi There! I’m Jessica Nuzzi, Psychotherapist and founder of Embodied Path, Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. I specialize in treating anxiety, eating disorders, perfectionism, depression, trauma and more.
Opening up about your inner world requires trust. Without a sense of comfort and connection, therapy can feel distant. I offer virtual therapy in a way that feels personal, warm, and grounded. Meeting online allows you to connect from a space where you already feel comfortable, while still receiving thoughtful, evidence-based care.
I utilize an eclectic approach that incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities, including somatic therapy, EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs.
Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, guided by compassion, empathy, and is designed to help you feel more like yourself again. I can’t wait to begin working with you!
Virtual Therapy Services in New York
Serving Nassau, Suffolk, & All of New York State.
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, so I commend you for taking the first step by being here right now. I provide virtual therapy to teens and adults throughout Long Island and New York allowing you to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space. There’s no commute, no waiting room, and no pressure to “hold it all together” before or after your session. Instead, therapy fits into your life in a way that feels more accessible, flexible, and supportive.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your specific needs. In therapy, I like to take a holistic approach by paying attention to the mind-body connection, so that support feels comprehensive rather than fragmented. We can work together to better understand your patterns, reduce stress, and build a more balanced relationship with yourself.
